Author Checklist

These are the basic responsibilities of all SAE Authors. For specific deadlines, please see your meeting's homepage.

  • Submit an abstract to SAE in response to a Call for Papers
  • Receive Author Kit & Confirmation from SAE as to session assignment and Organizer contact.
  • Send Draft Manuscript to Session Organizer for peer review.
  • Send Participant Record Form to SAE
  • Receive reviewer comments on draft manuscript (from SAE / Organizer)
  • Review draft program copy (from SAE)
  • Re-submit corrected draft program copy to SAE
  • Re-submit corrected draft manuscript to Organizer
  • Submit Final Paper to SAE
  • Submit Copyright Transfer Form to SAE
  • Send AV Requirements Sheet to SAE
  • Submit visual presentation to Organizer.
  • Receive registration and program information
