Author Checklist

These are the basic responsibilities of all SAE Authors. For specific deadlines, please see your meeting's homepage.

Submit an abstract to SAE in response to a Call for Papers
Receive Author Kit & Confirmation from SAE as to session assignment and Organizer contact.
Send Draft Manuscript to Session Organizer for peer review.
Send Participant Record Form to SAE
Receive reviewer comments on draft manuscript (from SAE / Organizer)
Review draft program copy (from SAE)
Re-submit corrected draft program copy to SAE
Re-submit corrected draft manuscript to Organizer
Submit Final Paper to SAE
Submit Copyright Transfer Form to SAE
Send AV Requirements Sheet to SAE
Submit visual presentation to Organizer.
Receive registration and program information
