Author info/paper title updates

AUTHOR/CONTACTS - add co-authors, corresponding contact and authors

  1. Log into www.sae.org/mytechzone
  2. Click your session title
  3. Click the paper number
  4. Click the Add Participant button at the top right.
  5. Complete the search form by either entering the participant's 10-digit SAE number and click the Search button below

    OR

    Enter the participant's last name and email address and click the Search button below.

    • If the correct participant appears in a results list, click the radio button next to their name and then assign their role for this paper by clicking the appropriate role type: Author, Co-Author, Corresponding Contact and/or Presenter. Click Add Participant button.
    • If the correct participant does not appear, click the Enter New Customer button. Complete the form and click Add Participant at the bottom. You then see the correct participant in your results list. click the radio button next to their name and then assign their role for this paper by clicking the appropriate role type: Author, Co-Author, Corresponding Contact and/or Presenter. Click Add Participant button.
  6. Click Save Changes button

AUTHORS/CONTACTS - APIF remove names or change roles
You can remove names from the paper or change your role to corresponding contact by logging into MyTechZone

  1. Log in at www.sae.org/mytechzone
  2. Click the Session Title
  3. Click the paper number
  4. Click the Participants tab

    Remove/Delete

    1. Click the red X next to the name
    2. Click Save Changes button.

    Change Role

    1. using the drop down at the left the name and select the appropriate role
    2. Click Save Changes button.

AUTHORS Change Paper title
You can update your paper title using MyTechZone www.sae.org/mytechzone

  1. Log in at www.sae.org/mytechzone
  2. Click the Session Title
  3. Click the paper number
    On the Main tab you will see the details about your paper. To edit the paper title, click into the paper title field and complete your edits. Once you start editing a save button appears near the bottom right of the field. Click it to save your edits
